This brief note consists of an exercise that helps leadership program participants connect their views on the strategic challenges facing them and their organizations with their personal leadership-development agendas, thus focusing on developing leadership skills and attributes that can have an immediate impact. The note presumes an in-class discussion of strategic challenges and of leadership attributes and assessments.
