This spreadsheet model is useful for students evaluating multiyear cost consequences of three alternative production planning systems that follow from analyses of the "Bacardi Southampton (A): A New Paradigm of Agile Thinking," (OM-1067). Users can identify the sources of costs and benefits of the alternative production-planning systems under consideration at the company and then analyze the seven operating scenarios presented in the case.
