The C case, a follow-up to the A and B cases (UVA-OM-1042 and UVA-OM-1043), presents the stock-flow structure of a model that can help students see differences in possible representations. It also provides an analysis framework for using the model to develop a deeper understanding and testing of alternative aspects of the quality-improvement process at Colby General Hospital.
