This case describes the experience of a black manager returning from Saudi Arabia, where he had enjoyed working without the stigma of prejudice and discrimination, to the U.S., where he feels discriminated against. The case is intended to provide a springboard for discussion of prejudices in organizations and can be used with the note "Prejudice in Organizations" (OB-0381) and an accompanying case, "Cheryl Young" (OB-0383).
