This exercise is intended to accompany general-management simulations such as WISE and MARKSTRAT in order to help teams of students understand their group's behavior, to help individuals practice giving feedback to each other, and to heighten the stakes of the simulation. The exercise should be used in conjunction with "The Developmental Dynamics of Small Groups" (OB-0270).
