Sharek was conceived as an incubated social enterprise and a collaborative platform promoting employee volunteerism (EV) between the corporate and the nonprofit organization world in the wake of the Egyptian revolution. The project faced obstacles while mediating between its corporate and nonprofit associates. Deals with employee volunteerism, CSR and social impact approaches, influence, change management, social marketing, NGO and for-profit management. Works well in NGO management, change management, leadership, negotiations, human resources, organizational behavior, business ethics, CSR management, general management, social marketing, and community psychology courses.
